The East Kent Hospital Maternity Investigation report by Bill Kirkup, due on the 21st Sept. has been postponed for the near future because her majesty’s funeral is on the 19th?!?The reason for the postponement is simply that Parliament will no longer be conducting business on 21 September.

WHY?
There are no words to express what I feel at this contrivance. 5 years of this and then some. I don’t think her majesty would be impressed.
