Until accountability is established we cannot re-dress the balance of power between the service providers and service users, ( authorities and public) and make their voices heard in the interest of improved services. Not change or make a difference but tangible improvements free from the chains of corrupt bureaucracy.
It took 2 1/2 years to procure a meeting in November 2019 for the Everglow Campaign. Our experiences in our fight for justice are identical to those described in other reports. The indignation and humiliation does irreparable damage.
